Gateway into the Past

from €45.00

This a side entrance to Duomo di Monreale that sits on a hill in Palermo. it looks like the entrance to an oriental palace, but it is actually one of the most beautiful Catholic Churches I have ever seen and one of the greatest existent examples of Norman Architecture. It was built in the 12th century and its inside is decorated with thousands of golden shimmering mosaics. As soon as you step in, you’ll find yourself transported back to the Medieval.

This image is printed on Hahnemuhle Baryta FB Paper (350g/m²). It’s minimally textured and has an extremely smooth surface. In combination with the high-gloss premium inkjet coating, it produces excellent print results.
